These are the terms of service of "Diekieboy Hosting" ('DHosting', 'company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). The terms 'you', 'your', and 'the user' refer to the client who is purchasing services. By purchasing a service, you consent to all provisions outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Products:
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
When utilizing any of our game-related hosting services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by their respective terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are supplementary to, not a replacement for, our Terms of Service.
Payments:
Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal. We can accept other forms of payment on users request.
If payment is not made by the specified date on your billing page, your service will be suspended, afterward, if payment is still not received, your service will be terminated.
Customers have the option to cancel servers at any time, though refunds will not be issued for the remaining duration of the billing cycle.
Refunds:
You may request a refund within 48 hours of the original payment date.
VPS & Dedicated Machines are exempt from refunds as they are considered final purchases.
Refunds for eligible cases must be requested through a support ticket.
Refunds exclude tax fees charged by the payment gateway.
Refunds can be issued only to the original payment method.
Account:
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, otherwise you must have your parent or legal guardian read and agree to these terms.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must agree that we are not held responsible of the integrity of your account if you share it with other people.
Security:
You agree not to bypass any of our security features for any purpose, particularly to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
You agree not to partake in activities that disrupt or impede our services.
You agree not to engage in any network-based attacks on any network, host, or server, including but not limited to "denial of service" attacks or attempts to crash the server.
Backups:
Backups are stored on a distinct storage drive that is inaccessible to customers.
We perform backups of all user files once a day as a safety measure to prevent potential file loss in the future. These backups are not accessible for client use and are solely implemented as a precautionary measure.
A specific number of backups is offered per product, as detailed on the billing page. This provision excludes the following: VPS, Dedicated servers, web hosting
We shall not be held responsible for any loss of your files, content, etc., if backups are unavailable due to an error.
Limitation and Liability:
Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for data loss, information disruption, unauthorized access to our server systems, or any other data-related loss. "Diekieboy Hosting" bears no responsibility for service disruption, delay, or disconnection for any duration. We retain the right to terminate a client's services in the event of a charge dispute, regardless of the dispute's resolution.
We are responsible of fixing any related issues within our panel in a timeframe of 12-24 hours.
We cannot be held responsible for our GamePanel related issues.
MySQL:
It's important to note that our databases are provided as a complimentary service. Consequently, we do not assume any liability for MySQL data loss or corruption.
Our MySQL service is not intended for personal use, including but not limited to private websites and non-server applications.
We bear no responsibility if a client deletes their MySQL databases on any of our platforms.
Malicious activity involving our databases will result in immediate termination of the database.
Change of terms:
"Diekieboy Hosting" reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Support:
We retain the right to refrain from responding to abusive comments, such as those involving swearing or causing other disruptions. Continued violation of this policy may result in termination of services without refund.
Our goal is to maintain an average response time of 1 hour. However, please note that certain responses may take longer depending on the complexity of the request.
Continued spamming of the ticket system will result in further delays in response. If this behavior persists, your account may be suspended.
